JUSTLEE's space operates by appointment.
Different clients arrive at different starting points. Some are encountering colored gemstones for the first time and need a complete introduction. Some come with an existing collection and specific questions. Some simply want to understand what this world looks like. Our advisors do not presume where you should be — they begin where you are.
For clients with a commission in mind, this is also where the Bespoke journey begins. From stone selection and design concept through to the finished piece, every stage is developed through direct, one-to-one dialogue.

From Myanmar to Sri Lanka, from Colombia to Kashmir — the finest stones do not circulate publicly. They move through networks of mine owners, cutters, certification laboratories, and long-term buyers, on the basis of trust. Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Thailand are the points through which JUSTLEE remains connected to that network — and the reason our clients are able to access collections that are genuinely, verifiably rare.
